Characteristic of Thai cuisine

Thailand is one of the most spectacular countries in the world, whose food has a special reputation. The color of Thai food is very attractive and their taste is very diverse, although some (but not all) of them may not match the Iranian taste. But perhaps trying them out is not without merit.

One of the prominent features of Thai food is the use of fresh ingredients. In restaurants and street food, food is prepared from fresh ingredients in front of the customer, and even seeing how the food is prepared has its own attractions for tourists. Having a special aroma is another point that Thai chefs value.

The use of spices in Thai food is very common and you will not find any food without spices in Thailand. Pepper is a staple of these spices, but that does not mean that all Thai food is spicy, and there is always a balance of spiciness, sweetness, and saltiness and sourness in different foods.

Rice, noodles (noodles imported from China to Thailand), soups and seafood (fish, shrimp, crab, octopus) and kebabs are some of the popular Thai dishes.

Do not look at the skinny body of Thais. They also like desserts and it is interesting to know that many of their desserts also use rice.

Thailand Food Festival

I had the chance to visit the Thai Local Food Festival on Phuket Island, a variety of dishes that were immediately prepared in front of you and sold at a very reasonable price.

Of course, many of these foods do not look good and I have never tried and will not try, but it is interesting to know that European tourists love to try such things, especially scorpions, which were also very expensive.

Finally, after a lot of sightseeing in this festival, I was able to choose a few foods to eat, which do not seem like much and one is compatible with my own taste.

I think one of the best Thai food experiences is trying seafood on cruise ships on the Bangkok River, I think this was the first time I tried octopus, after struggling with myself I finally managed to try it.
